Conference fee

Regular Early Bird (until June 1st) 200 €
Regular registration 275 €
Student Early Bird (until June 1st) 150 €
Student registration 200 €

 

The conference fee covers:

  • attendance at the conference
  • welcome reception
  • tea / coffee breaks
  • lunches on Thursday and Friday ( September 10-11)
  • conference package
  • two-year membership in the International Association of Multilingualism (IAM)
  • two-year subscription to the International Journal of Multilingualism (IJM)

Student Fee

Proof of full-time student status is required before payment is made. A scanned copy of a letter from your institution confirming your student status should be emailed to mice@atlas.hr.

Conference dinner

Conference dinner is not included in the conference fee. The conference dinner costs 50 euros per person.

Payment options

The conference fee can be paid either by bank transfer or credit card. The conference dinner can also be paid together with the conference fee and separate invoices can be issued if needed.

      All bank fees need to be covered by the paying party

  • Credit card – payments made by credit card will be in the local currency (kuna) and the conference fee in EUROS will be calculated according to the valid exchange rate on the day of the payment.

Registration

All participants attending the conference have to register online. At least one author of a paper /poster must register for the conference before July 10, 2020, to be certain that their presentation will be scheduled.

Registration instructions:

  • Please complete the online registration. Fields marked with * are mandatory.
  • Before submitting the form, make sure that the information provided is correct. All the information submitted will be sent to your e-mail address as well.
  • As soon as we process your registration, the confirmation will be sent to you by email.
  • Your registration is valid as soon as your payment has been confirmed by the receiving bank.
  • You will receive your accreditation documents on-site at the registration desk.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation of registration has to be done by email to mice@atlas.hr

For cancellations before or on July 10, 2020, reimbursement of the registration fee and social events, minus 50 Euro handling charges, will be made. Unfortunately, after this date no refund (registration fee and social events) can be made.
